In 2014, two of my good friends were planning their wedding on a tight budget. They had originally planned to make their own invites using a free online template but were disappointed by the resulting quality. By the time they came to me they new how they were going to construct the invite and had even decided on which paper to use to print it but they were missing its core and they were running out of time. Their wedding and reception were going to be a warm, friendly gathering in an old homestead and loosely themed around their mutual love of coffee (How very Wellington!).
From this I designed an insert with bespoke illustrations which balanced the specialness of the occasion with the relaxed tone they desired.
